It's never too early to begin improving your balance! Together, we will progress through an effective series of exercises to improve balance, build strength, increase mobility, refine posture, and prevent falls and injury, all to help you move about your day with greater ease and confidence. For safety, please use a sturdy chair or countertop to best assist with exercises.
All registrants will be emailed a link to view recordings at the date and time of the program. Video will be live and available for viewing for 1 week.
