In celebration of the Feast of the Epiphany, Ireland celebrates Nollaig na mBan (or Women's Little Christmas.) On this day it is tradition for women to get together and host their own Christmas while the men folk stay at home and handle all the chores!
To celebrate “Women’s Christmas” Cheffe Colette will be serving up a lesson and a feast!
On the Menu:
Chestnut Soup
Harissa, a fragrant bean and vegetables stew
Candied Fruit and Nut Pastries
There will be no meat served.
$15 per person due at registration.
