Program Description

Event Details

A ballotine is traditionally a de-boned chicken, duck or other poultry stuffed with forcemeat and other ingredients and then tied to hold its shape.

Chef Brian Collins will demonstrate how to prepare and cook a roasted ballotine turkey. Turkey ballotine will be served with Irish colcannon & roasted fall vegetables.

$15 per person due at registration.
