Join Chef Brian Collins for a cooking seminar and a delicious dinner.
Porchetta (Italian roast pork belly seasoned with fennel pollen) is the basis for the Italian Pork Sandwich with garlic and broccolini, the better, if lesser known, of Philadelphia’s great sandwiches.
$15 per person due at registration.
