Program Description

Event Details

The Low Country Boil is South Carolina's answer to the New England Clambake: a one pot meal made with regional staples. Chef Brian Collins will teach cooking techniques, provide recipes and serve a full dinner.

On the Menu: Shrimp, corn, potatoes and spicy garlic sausage served in a family sized bowl. Peach Sonker for dessert.

$15 per person due at registration.
