Most people know of the late Edie Windsor from her Supreme Court lawsuit for marriage equality but not many are aware that she was also a computer programmer and mathematician working for IBM starting in the 1960s.
As one of the first women programmers, she used her knowledge to assist volunteer community AIDS organizations in the 1980s and '90s. Learn about an LGBTQ icon and pioneer of women in tech for this special Pride Month presentation.
