Event Details
Chef Colette will teach cooking techniques, provide recipes and serve a dinner of: Chocolate fettuccine with wild mushrooms, sauteed shallots and chipped hazelnuts, free range chicken braised in a wine and chocolate sauce with a stuffin muffin, and 40 second molten chocolate cake.
$15 per person due at registration. No refunds.
