There is recent evidence that another pandemic could be emerging because of a growing bird flu (Avian Influenza) outbreak that has affected millions of birds, poultry farms and cattle herds in the US.
Learn about the symptoms of bird flu, how it spreads and how likely it is to spread to humans as well as recommendations from the CDC on prevention, control, monitoring and treatment.
