The elegance of afternoon tea and the allure of the world's most famous ship come together, deliciously, in this program from Margaret M. Johnson. Author of fourteen cookbooks, including Teatime in Ireland and Delicious Ireland, Johnson weaves history and Titanic lore into an afternoon tea based on the ship's April 14, 1912 menu. A sparkling beverage is served, and Ms. Johnson’s cookbooks will be available for sale and signing.
Patrons should bring their own teacup and saucer. $10 per person.
