Soup to Nuts With Chef Colette
Soup To Nuts: A culinary trek through the fall bounty of Long Island. To start there will be a velvety beet warmer, then a hearty Swedish style squash soup, followed by a toasted Chana Garnish and Pipitas, finished with a pumpkin chiffon and a discussion on the local nut farm.
