BBQ Pitmaster Brian Collins will teach cooking techniques, provide recipes and serve a full dinner.

Menu: Coffee-marinated steak with a coffee bourbon sauce, grilled vegetables and a red-white-and-blue trifle. 

$15 per person due at registration.
