Outside, in the front of the building, Tim will be our Master of Ceremony and make the announcement for "Early Spring" or "Six More Weeks Of Winter" and the STAR organization will be there with Sam Champion the groundhog and his handler.  If there is inclement weather, we will move this into the main lobby.

After Tim's announcement, Sam Champion will be brought into the main lobby where his handler will give a short verbal presentation.

There will be two large tables set up in the hallway with the Quogue Library limited edition mugs (limit one per family), custom groundhog cookies (limit one per person) as well as other types of cookies and hot chocolate.

The Quogue Wildlife Refuge will give a 15-minute slide presentation followed by the showing of the movie "Groundhog Day".
