Event Details

Join Chef Brian Collins for a demonstration and dinner. Learn how to prepare and grill a modern Irish pub-style pork loin.

$15 per person due at registration.

A barbeque pork dinner will be served along with roasted vegetables and Syracuse salt potatoes.
