Event Details

Celebrate Oktoberfest!

Chef Brian takes traditional Sauerbraten up a notch by using brisket instead of rump roast to produce a moister, more tender meat. Served with home-made spätzle and Bavarian red cabbage.

$15 per person due at registration.
