Christopher Feeney
Chris Feeney is a senior fellow at the Bank Policy Institute and a former President of BITS, BPI’s technology policy division. He has over a decade of experience supporting the nation’s largest financial institutions, advising CEOs, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Information Security Officers on cybersecurity, resilience, AI, and emerging technology policy, working with four presidential administrations and key regulators. Chris launched a cyber and technology board governance program for the sector’s top leaders and has held executive and operating roles as Global Managing Director at Thomson Financial, and CIO at LPL Financial and Bank of America Securities. He is a past vice chair of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council and actively serves on the Management Committee, boards, and as a founding leader of critical industry initiatives. Chris’s background combines deep operational and executive acumen with hands-on commercial leadership in the financial and fintech industries, supporting innovation, technology implementation, cybersecurity and resilience for the nation’s top financial firms and their leaders.
