Program Description

Event Details

Join Chef Brian Collins and enjoy a Turkey Dinner with foods that your great-great-grandfather would have eaten. Oyster dressing (a Colonial Long Island favorite) and market vegetables prepared in the colonial style will also be served.

$15 per person due at registration. 

Registration is required as space is limited.
