All presidents have used CIA covert actions to advance U.S. interests, but some have had unforeseen and often tragic consequences.

Join Les Paldy who served as a member of the U.S. delegation in nuclear weapon negotiations with the Soviet Union in Geneva and as a CIA officer supporting efforts to block the spread of weapons of mass destruction.
