Cheffe Colette will be serving up a cooking demonstration and meal highlighting different ways chocolate can be incorporated into dishes.
On the Menu:
Tuscan white bean soup with a mole swirl
Chocolate fettuccine with wild mushrooms
Sauteed shallots and chipped hazelnuts
Pollo Con Chocolate
Selection of Cheffe's chocolate creations for dessert
$15 per person due at registration.
