Event Details

Chef and barbeque master Brian Collins will be serving Picanha (a skewered steak), Piri Piri chicken skewers, Farofa (a grits-like dish made from toasted manioc meal), garlic collard greens and chickpea or Brazilian Potato Salad.

$15.00 fee due at registration.
